体温监测联合体位指导在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中的护理效果及对应急反应的影响

Nursing Effect of Body Temperature Monitoring Combined with Body Position Guidance in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and its Influence on Emergency Response

目的探讨体温监测联合体位指导在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中的护理效果及对应急反应的影响。方法选择2017年2月至2020年2月我院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者90例,随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规体温护理,观察组联合体位指导护理,比较两组PONV发生情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者PONVⅠ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体温监测联合体位指导在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中的护理效果显著,可降低恶心呕吐症状发生率,同时降低手术期并发生发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of body temperature monitoring combined with body position guidance in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its influence on emergency response.Methods Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine body temperature nursing,while the observation group received body position guidance nursing.The incidence of PONV and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of PONVⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣin the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of body temperature monitoring combined with body position guidance in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting symptoms,and at the same time reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of popularization and application.
