护理干预对老年湿疹患者瘙痒的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Pruritus in Elderly Patients with Eczema

目的分析针对老年湿疹患者瘙痒症状采用护理干预的临床效果。方法选择2016年11月至2019年11月本院收治的60例老年湿疹患者参加研究,用抽签方式分为参照组和研究组,每组30例。参照组用一般药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上实施护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效、护理满意度以及瘙痒评分。结果经过采取不同的方式治疗后,研究组的临床有效率和护理满意度显著高于参照组,同时瘙痒评分低于参照组,具有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对老年湿疹患者瘙痒存在积极影响,可提高临床有效率和满意度,缓解瘙痒症状,该护理方法具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention on pruritus in elderly eczema patients.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with eczema treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 were selected to participate in the study.They were divided into reference group and study group by lot,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with general drugs,and the study group implemented nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and pruritus score of the two groups were compared.Results After different treatment methods,the clinical effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,and the pruritus score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has a positive effect on pruritus in elderly patients with eczema,which can improve clinical efficiency and satisfaction and alleviate pruritus symptoms.This nursing method has clinical value.
