中贴式橡胶止水带研究Ⅰ:橡胶条拉拔试验及数值模拟 被引量:2

Research on Internally-side Attached Rubber Waterstop Belt: Part Ⅰ Pull-out Tests of Rubber Strip and its Numerical Simulation

摘要 针对目前中埋式和背贴式橡胶止水带存在的问题,研究提出了一种新型的中贴式橡胶止水带。结合某水利水电工程,采用数值模拟方法与试验对中贴式橡胶止水带在给定工况条件下的工作性态进行研究,为工程进行止水带设计提供依据。通过T型橡胶条的拉拔试验以及数值模拟,建立了橡胶条数值分析模型,较好地模拟了T型橡胶条拉拔试验的全过程以及破坏模态,且数值分析结果具有一定的安全余度,能够用于后续中贴式橡胶止水带的数值计算。 In view of the problems existing in the embedded waterstop belt and the back attached waterstop belt,a new type of the internally-side attached rubber waterstop belt is developed.Combined with a water conservancy and hydropower project,the numerical simulation method and the test are used to study behaviour of the internally-side attached rubber waterstop belt under the given working condition,which provides a basis for the design of waterstop belt.Through the pull-out tests and numerical simulation of the T-shaped rubber strip,the numerical analysis model is established,which can well simulate the whole process and the failure mode of the T-shaped rubber strip in the pull-out test.The numerical analysis result shows that the T-shaped rubber strip has a certain safety margin and can be used in the subsequent numerical calculation of the internally-side attached rubber waterstop belt.
