织物基自驱动传感器制备及其在运输包装中的应用

摘要 针对织物基摩擦纳米发电机(F-TENG),提出了一种普适简易的改性方法,通过碳纳米管和聚乙烯亚胺的接枝,提升织物基摩擦纳米发电机的传感性能,并以此F-TENG为原型器件搭建振动监测平台,系统研究了其在不同应用场景的即时信号采集和响应能力,探究了织物基摩擦纳米发电机在自驱动传感及运输包装监测方面的应用。研究结果表明,F-TENG在运输包装监测方面具有巨大的应用潜力。 Aiming at the fabric-based triboelectric nanogenerator,a feasible modification method was proposed.The sensing performance of fabric based triboelectric nanogenerator was improved significantly via the grafting of carbon nanotubes and polyethyleneimine.Taking the fabric based triboelectric nanogenerator as the device prototype,a vibration detection platform system was built to study its real-time signal collection and response ability in different applications,and the application of fabric based triboelectric nanogenerator was explored in self-powered sensing and monitoring of transport packaging,which verified a huge potential in transport packaging monitoring.
