摘要
固定船用动力蓄电池的高强度钢焊接腔体对成型尺寸精度要求较高,但焊接过程产生的残余应力,对焊接腔体的尺寸精度、使用寿命等产生较大的影响。本文从残余应力的产生、测定、消除等方面进行了研究,为高强度焊接腔体在实际生产中残余应力的消除提供参考。
High precision of welded cavity of high strength steel for fixing shipboard batteries is required,but the residual stress from the welding process has a great influence on the dimensional accuracy and service life of the welded cavities.In this paper,the generation mechanism,measurement method and elimination scheme of the residual stress are studied,which provide reference for residual stress relief of the welded cavity of high strength steel in the actual production.
