摘要
针对传统液压伺服式变量泵存在的问题,开发出基于PLC的变量泵控制系统。该系统通过采集变量泵的排量和PID计算,输出PWM信号,来控制步进电机的步距角,并驱动泵的变量机构,最终确保变量泵的排量维持在某一设定值上。本文介绍变量泵系统控制原理、组成和软件设计。该控制系统可提高变量泵流量的控制精度和抗干扰能力等,与传统的变量泵相比,在2 min测试时间内泵的平均出口流量波动率下降了78.8%,过渡时间减少62.3%。可以考虑在液压系统其它设备元件上推广应用。
Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional hydraulic servo variable pump,a control system of variable pump based on PLC is developed.By collecting the displacement of variable pump and PID calculation,the system outputs PWM signal to control the step Angle of the stepper motor,and drives the variable mechanism of the pump so as to maintain the displacement of variable pump at a certain set value.In this paper,the composition of the variable pump control system and the software design are introduced.The control system can improve the control accuracy and anti-interference ability of variable pump flow,with a flow fluctuation reduction by a factor of 21.2%and a transiton-duration reduction by a factor of 37.7%,compared with the traditional pump.The variable pump can be considered to be applied in other equipment comporents of hydraulic systems.
