摘要 为减轻船用蓄电池充电时的劳动强度,降低充电操控复杂程度,提高对蓄电池充电的自动化和智能化水平,本文设计了PLC控制的船用大电流蓄电池充电装置,介绍了该装置的系统结构及其软硬件设计。整个充电过程,基本实现了自动控制,并能有效实现充电过程中过压、过流等报警提示、故障跳闸保护等。充电过程监测界面简洁直观,操作灵活方便。 Large current charging of marine batteries usually need to be controlled manually in front of the switchboard,which takes a lot of physical labor and quite a long time.In this paper,a marine large current battery charger controlled by PLC is introduced.The structure and composition of the charger are stated.Then,the software design of the PLC controller is expounded.The charger can be controlled automatically during the whole charging process,with alarm functions of over voltage and over current and emergency failure trip.
