联合筋膜鞘悬吊术矫正上睑下垂的研究进展

Research advances in correction of blepharoptosis by conjoint fascial sheath suspension

上睑下垂是眼部常见的眼睑运动障碍疾病,严重影响患者外观甚至视功能,其主要治疗方式是手术。近10年来,联合筋膜鞘(conjoint fascial sheath,CFS)悬吊术已在国内外眼整形领域逐渐开展,本文就CFS研究的解剖和组织学基础,CFS悬吊术矫正上睑下垂的手术原理、手术方法及适应证、术后并发症等相关研究做一综述。

Ptosis is a common eyelid dyskinesia disease,which seriously affects the appearance and even visual function of patients.The main treatment for ptosis is surgery.In the past 10 years,the conjoint fascial sheath(CFS)suspension has become a research hotspot in the field of ophthalmology at home and abroad.Now,based on the anatomical and histological basis of CFS research,the principle of CFS suspension to correct ptosis,surgical methods and indications,postoperative complications and other related researches are reviewed in this article.
