前交叉韧带重建后移植物失效的相关因素研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 前交叉韧带损伤是常见的运动损伤,前交叉韧带重建是其常规治疗方法。导致前交叉韧带重建失效的因素很多,本文就移植物、单双束重建、骨道定位、固定方法、伴随损伤及术后康复这些方面进行文献回顾,了解这些因素对提高前交叉韧带重建手术效果具有重要价值。 Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury is a common sports injury,and ACL reconstruction is the conventional treatment after ACL injury.There are many factors that may lead to the failure of ACL reconstruction.In this paper,we review the literatures on graft selection,single and double bundle reconstruction,bone tunnel position,fixation methods,concomitant injuries and postoperative rehabilitation.A deep understanding of these factors is of great value in improving the effect of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
