唐代西南地区茶业述论

摘要 唐代西南地区茶产地分布广,名品辈出,茶叶采制工艺与《茶经》记载大致相同。受当时生产的促动和消费的刺激,该地区的茶叶贸易日益繁盛,茶产品通过水陆交通网络远销全国各地。随着茶税的征收、榷茶法的实行,西南地区作为重要的茶产区,为国家税收的增加提供了来源。 The tea production was widespread in southwest area of China,where countless famous products were produced during the Tang Dynasty.The technology of picking and manufacturing of tea was almost the same as recorded in the book The Classics of Tea.Stimulated by the production and consumption,the trade of tea was very prosperous in that area,and tea was sold nationwide through river and land transportation network.With the taxation of tea and the monopoly system of tea,the southwest area increased tax revenues of the country.
