摘要
基于女性企业家对全球经济增长做出的贡献,越来越多的学者对女性创业者的人格特征如何塑造组织绩效表现出浓厚兴趣。本文基于人格理论、TIMMONS创业三要素理论以及创业者性别刻板印象相关研究,利用316家中国女性新创企业的调研数据进行实证研究。结果表明:女性创业者的自恋人格与新创企业绩效之间存在倒U形关系,而女性创业者的政治关联和创业激情正向调节自恋人格与新创企业绩效之间的非线性关系。本文通过关注女性创业过程研究中的人格理论以及反性别刻板印象行为,深化和拓展了女性创业理论研究。
Due to the contribution of female entrepreneurs to global economic growth,more and more scholars have shown great interest in how the personality characteristics of female entrepreneurs shape organizational performance.Based on personality theory,entrepreneurial three-factor theory and the studies related to gender stereotypes of entrepreneurs,it made an empirical analysis using the questionnaire survey data of 316 female entrepreneurs from new ventures in China.The results show that the relationship of female entrepreneurs’narcissism and new venture performance is inverted U-shaped,and political connections and entrepreneurial passion of female entrepreneurs positively moderate this relationship.It focuses on personality theory and anti-gender stereotype behavior in the study of female entrepreneurship,and deepens and expands the study of female entrepreneurship theory.
