立磨料层稳定性影响因素分析

Analysis of influence factors on stability of vertical mill bed

在介绍料层稳定对立磨重要性的基础上,从磨盘转速、料层厚度、物料特性、研磨压力、系统温度、液压系统弹簧刚度等6个方面分析了其对立磨稳定性的影响,提出了建议控制指标,为立磨的设计、生产运行控制提供参考。

On the basis of introduction of the importance of mill bed stability to the vertical mill,the influence of the mill bed on the stability of vertical mill was analyzed from six aspects,such as the speed of grinding table,the thickness of the mill bed,the characteristics of the material,the lapping pressure,the system temperature,and the spring stiffness of the hydraulic system.The authors propose a recommended control standard value which can provide a reference for the design and operation control of vertical mill.
