复方中草药添加剂对肉鸭生长性能与血清生化指标的影响

Effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of meat ducks

试验旨在研究复方中草药添加剂对肉用麻鸭生长性能与血清生化指标的影响。选取20日龄苏邮2号肉用麻鸭240只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸭,公、母各半。A组肉鸭饲喂基础日粮,B、C、D组肉鸭分别添加盐霉素、0.1%和0.2%复方中草药制剂的试验日粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期35 d。试验的第1 d和35 d测定肉鸭的生长性能,试验的第7、14、21、35 d测定肉鸭的血清生化指标。结果表明,与A组相比,C、D组肉鸭的平均日增重、平均日采食量、粗蛋白代谢率均显著提高,肉鸭的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);C组和D组肉鸭血清中的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和总蛋白(TP)含量均显著高于A组(P<0.05);C、D组肉鸭血清中的补体C3与碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量均显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05);B、C、D组的血清尿素氮(BUN)含量均显著低于A组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加盐霉素、0.1%和0.2%的复方中草药添加剂均能够有效改善苏邮2号肉用麻鸭的生长性能与免疫功能,为降低饲料成本、减少饲料浪费,复方中草药添加剂在苏邮2号肉用麻鸭日粮中的适宜添加量为0.2%。

The experiment was to study the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine additive on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of Suyou No.2 meat ducks.A total of 24020-day-old Suyou No.2 meat ducks were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and 20 ducks(male and female in half)in each replicate.Ducks in group A were fed with basic diet,group B,C and D were fed with salinomycin,0.1% and 0.2% compound Chinese herbal medicine preparations,respectively.The pre-test period was 7 d,and the test period was 35 d.The growth performance of ducks was measured on 1 d and 35 d of the experiment,and the serum biochemical indices of ducks were measured on the 7,14,21 and 35 d of the experiment.The results showed that compared with group A,the daily gain,daily feed intake and crude protein metabolic rate of group C and group D were significantly increased,and the feed to gain ratio of ducks was decreased(P<0.05).The contents of IL-2,IgA,IgG,IgM and TP in serum of group C and group D were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).Complement C3 and AKP contents in group C and group D were significantly higher than those in groups A and B(P<0.05).Serum BUN in group B,C and D was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding salinomycin,0.1% and 0.2% compound Chinese herbal medicine additives to the diet can effectively improve the growth performance and immune function of Suyou No.2 meat ducks,and the optimal supplemental level of compound Chinese herbal medicine additive in the diet of Suyou no.2 meat duck is 0.2% in order to reduce feed cost and feed waste.
