鲜喂饲用苎麻对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫机能、肉品质的影响及经济效益分析 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究肉兔日粮中添加鲜饲用苎麻对肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫机能和肉品质的影响。选择体重相近的30日龄伊拉兔48只,公、母各半,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复4只兔。对照组肉兔饲喂配合饲料,试验组肉兔的配合饲料分别是对照组的90%、70%、50%,自由采食苎麻。预试期1 w,正式试验期6 w。结果显示,日粮中适量添加饲用苎麻可以显著提高肉兔血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量(P<0.05)。采用"90%精料+自由采食饲用苎麻"和"70%精料+自由采食饲用苎麻"时,肉兔生产性能未受到影响,但可显著节约饲料成本(P<0.05),总体养殖效益增加。而当精料占50%时,肉兔生产性能显著下降(P<0.05),毛利润显著降低(P<0.05),总体养殖效益下降。研究表明,饲用苎麻可以用于替代肉兔精料饲喂,70%~90%精料搭配自由采食饲用苎麻的效果最佳。 The experiment was to study the effect of fresh feeding ramie supplementation on growth performance,slaughter performance,immune function and meat quality of meat rabbits.Forty-eight 30-day-old Irah rabbits with similar body weight,half in male and femal,were selected and randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and four rabbits in each replicate.The rabbits in control group were only fed with compound feed.The rabbits in experimental group were fed the compound feed with 90%,70% and 50% of the control group,free feed ramie.The pretest period lasted for 1 w,and the test lasted for 6 w.The results showed that dietary ramie supplementation could significantly increase the content of IgA and IgM in serum of meat rabbits(P<0.05).When’90% concentrate+free feeding feed ramie’and’70% concentrate+free feeding feed ramie’were adopted,the performance of meat rabbits was not affected,but the feed cost was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the overall breeding benefit was increased.When the concentrate only accounts for 50%,the production performance of meat rabbits decreased significantly(P<0.05),the gross profit decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the overall breeding benefit decreased.The experiment indicates that feeding ramie can be used to replace concentrate for meat rabbits,the effect of 70%~90% concentrate combined with free feeding feed ramie was the best.
