发酵银杏叶在动物生产应用中的研究进展

Advance in application of fermented Ginkgo biloba leaf in animal production

银杏是目前唯一幸存的银杏目树种,其价值逐渐被学界认可。银杏叶中含有大量的活性成分,主要被用于制作银杏叶提取物,但因提取工艺等相关技术的不成熟,造成了大量银杏叶浪费。文章就银杏叶的营养价值及其在动物生产的应用进行综述,为银杏叶的资源化利用提供参考。

Ginkgo biloba is the only surviving species of Ginkgo biloba,the value is gradually recognized by the academic community.Ginkgo biloba leaves contain a large number of active ingredients,which are mainly used to make Ginkgo biloba extracts.However,due to the extraction process and other related technologies are not mature,resulted in a large amount of Ginkgo biloba leaves waste.In the paper,the nutritional value of Ginkgo biloba leaves and its application in animal production were reviewed to provide reference for the resource utilization of Ginkgo biloba.
