摘要 对我国现行高速铁路声屏障技术标准及其相关技术条件的适用性进行了总结分析。结果表明,我国现行铁路声屏障工程设计文件,主要包括时速200 km、250 km和350 km高速铁路声屏障通用参考图。声屏障结构的最大变形、共振效应和疲劳强度是进行声屏障气动效应测试和评判的主要参数。抗疲劳性能测试时的荷载值应根据该运行速度条件下的列车气动风压值和动力响应系数等分析计算确定。现场试验测量中得到的动变形测量值应换算为最不利荷载条件下的最大动变形值才能与声屏障结构动变形设计限值进行对比分析评判。开展声屏障设计时应充分考虑声屏障整体结构在长期荷载作用下的劣化与控制要求。 This paper summarizes and analyzes the applicability of the current technical standards and related technical conditions for sound barrier of high-speed railway in China.The results show that:the current railway sound barrier engineering design documents in China mainly include the general reference drawings of sound barriers for high-speed railways with speeds of 200 km/h,250 km/h and 350 km/h.The maximum deformation,resonance effect and fatigue strength of sound barrier structure are the main parameters to test and evaluate the aerodynamic effect of sound barrier.The load value of anti-fatigue performance test should be determined according to the aerodynamic wind pressure value and dynamic response coefficient of the train under the condition of running speed.The measured dynamic deformation value obtained from field test measurement should be converted to the maximum dynamic deformation value under the most adverse load condition to be compared with the design limit of dynamic deformation of sound barrier structure.The deterioration and control requirements of the whole structure of sound barrier under long-term load should be fully considered in the design of sound barrier.
