北京地铁保洁智慧化转型策略研究

Research on Intelligent Transformation Strategy of Cleaning Service in Beijing Subway

针对北京地铁保洁面临的劳动力短缺、保洁质量要求越来越高等问题,参考国内外城市地铁保洁的经验,提出北京地铁保洁智慧化转型策略,即制定全覆盖的保洁标准、对作业区域进行数字化定义,并通过智慧保洁平台,实现保洁作业模式、作业计划、作业过程的全过程管理,以提升作业质量、降低作业成本。

In view of the problems of labor shortage and increasingly high cleaning quality faced by Beijing subway cleaning,and referring to the experience of subway cleaning at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the intelligent transformation strategy of Beijing subway cleaning,that is,to formulate full coverage cleaning standards,digitalize the definition of operation areas,and realize the whole process management of cleaning operation mode,operation plan and operation process through intelligent cleaning platform,so as to improve operation quality and reduce operation cost.
