摘要
为了解铁路建设期某混凝土拌和站作业人员的职业病危害情况,采用职业卫生学现场调查、作业场所职业病危害因素检测、作业人员职业健康检查相结合的方法进行综合分析与评价。结果表明,该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为矽尘、噪声,涉及职业危害工种有装载机司机、清扫工、控制室操作工等。通过分析职业卫生定量检测数据,结合现场职业卫生调查情况,从设备管理、人员管理等方面提出防控措施,以达到职业病危害的控制要求。
In order to understand the occupational hazards of workers in a concrete mixing station during railway construction,the methods of occupational hygiene field investigation,occupational hazard factors detection in workplaces and occupational health examination of workers were used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation.The results show that the main occupational hazards in this project are silica dust and noise,and the occupational hazards involved are loader drivers,sweepers and control room operators.By analyzing the quantitative detection data of occupational health and combining with the field occupational health investigation,the prevention and control measures are put forward from the aspects of equipment management and personnel management,so as to meet the control requirements of occupational hazards.
