《宿新市徐公店》之新市考证

A Research on Xinshi Town from the Poem Accommodation in Xugong Hotel of Xinshi Town

小学四年级语文教材收录了杨万里的《宿新市徐公店》,教材中注释了新市的地理位置在今湖南省攸县北。但依据杨万里诗集的时间顺序性、赋诗期间的行程路线和南宋时期新市等一系列相关地名,我们认为《宿新市徐公店》之新市位于当今安徽省马鞍山市博望区新市镇叶家桥附近,不可能是湖南攸县新市,也不可能是浙江德清新市、湖北京山县新市或其他叫新市的地方。

A poem named Accommodation in Xugong Hotel of Xinshi Town by Yang Wanli is included in Chinese textbook for the fourth grade of primary school, in which the geographical location of Xinshi Town is annotated in the north of You county, Hunan province. The annotation is questioned and the geographical location of Xinshi Town is investigated. According to the chronological order of Yang Wanli’s poetry collection, the route with poem-writing and some geographic names associated with Xinshi Town in Southern Song Dynasty, it is believed that Xinshi Town is located near Yejia bridge, Xinshi town, Bowang district, Ma’anshan city, Anhui province. Xinshi Town in the poem can’t be in You county of Hunan province, Deqing county of Zhejiang province, Jingshan county of Hubei province respectively, or other places called Xinshi Town.
