摘要
以某改造项目为例,为解决现有汽-水换热站供热效果较差、室内热舒适性不高、部分楼层和房间温度不满足国家标准、换热站运行严重亏损等问题,结合现场条件,通过设计方案比较和分析测算,将采暖热源由市政蒸汽更换为常压模块燃气冷凝锅炉,并将现换热站整体改造为燃气锅炉房及换热站,不但能源利用效率高,污染物排放少,有效改善了供热现状,提高了采暖用户舒适性,增强了采暖系统的调节性,而且能帮助物业公司实现供热盈利,达到了多方共赢,满足了建设单位的需求。
Taking a reconstruction project as an example,in order to solve the problems of poor heating effect of existing steam water heat exchange station,low indoor thermal comfort,partial floor and room temperature not meeting the national standard,and serious loss of heat exchange station operation,combined with site conditions,through design scheme comparison,analysis and calculation,the heating source is changed from municipal steam to atmospheric module gas condensing boiler,The overall transformation of the existing heat exchange station into a gas-fired boiler room and heat exchange station not only has high energy efficiency and less pollutant emission,effectively improves the heating status,improves the comfort of heating users,and enhances the adjustability of the heating system,but also helps the property company to achieve heating profits,achieves a win-win situation,and meets the needs of the construction unit.
