长链非编码RNA CCAT1在老年非小细胞肺癌患者血浆中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of long non coding RNA ccat1 in plasma of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨长链非编码RNA CCAT1在老年非小细胞肺癌患者血浆中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2018年1月-2020年1月我院收治的老年非小细胞肺癌患者30例为研究组,老年良性肺病患者30例为对照组,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测两组患者血浆中lncRNA CCAT1的表达水平,分析lncRNA CCAT1的表达及与患者临床特征的关系。结果与对照组相比,lncRNA CCAT1在研究组患者血浆中表达升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别、吸烟史、病理类型、TNM分期及分化程度对lncRNA CCAT1表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肿瘤体积及淋巴结转移对lncRNA CCAT1表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 lncRNA CCAT1在老年非小细胞肺癌患者血浆中高表达,其表达水平与患者临床病理特征关系密切。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of long non coding RNA CCAT1 in plasma of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,30 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were selected as the study group, and 30 elderly patients with benign lung disease were selected as the control group, the expression of lncRNA CCAT1 in plasma was detected by real-time quantitative PCR,and the relationship between the expression of lncRNA-CCAT1 and clinical characteristics was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, the expression of lncRNA-CCAT1 in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Gender, smoking history, pathological type, TNM staging and differentiation degree had no significant difference with the expression of lncRNA CCAT1(P>0.05);Tumor volume and lymph node metastasis had significant difference with the expression of lncRNA CCAT1(P<0.05).Conclusion Conclusion lncRNA CCAT1 is highly expressed in plasma of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, and its expression level is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of patients.
