白内障超声乳化术后对黄斑区视网膜厚度及血管密度的影响

Effect of Phacoemulsification on Macular Retinal Thickness and Blood Vessel Density of Cataract Patients

目的探讨白内障超声乳化术后对黄斑区视网膜厚度及血管密度的影响。方法选取2019年2月-2020年3月本院140例白内障患者,接受小切口白内障囊外摘除术手术的64例患者纳入对照组,接受白内障超声乳化术的76例患者纳入观察组。观察比较两组术后黄斑区视网膜厚度、血管密度及并发症发生情况。结果术后1周及术后3个月观察组黄斑区视网膜厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月观察组黄斑区整体范围的血管密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组前房积水、虹膜损伤、角膜水肿、玻璃体脱出并发症发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化术可有效提高患者术后黄斑区视网膜厚度及血管密度,且未发生明显严重的并发症,安全性较高,可作为白内障治疗的首选方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification on macular retinal thickness and blood vessel density of cataract patients.Methods 140 patients with cataract in our Hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled, and divided into two groups for different treatment methods.Control group(n=64)received small incision cataract extracapsular extraction, while observation group(n=76)received phacoemulsification.Then the macular retinal thickness, blood vessel density, and complication rate were compared between groups.Results The macular retinal thickness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at postoperative 1 wk and 3 mon(P<0.05).The vascular density of macular area in observation group was higher than that in control group at postoperative 3 mon(P<0.05).The incidence rate of hyphema, iris injury, cornea edema, and vitreous body prolapse had no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification can effectively improve the retinal thickness and vascular density in macular area of cataract patients, with no serious complications, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
