不同孕期的系统超声检查对畸形胎儿的诊断价值分析

摘要 目的探讨不同孕期的系统超声检查对畸形胎儿的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于本院行超声检查的300例孕妇为研究对象,所有孕妇均于不同孕周进行系统超声检查。根据不同孕期分为孕早期(10~13+6)周、孕中期(14~28+6)周、孕晚期(29~40+6)周。对比孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期胎儿畸形检查结果。结果超声检查共检查出34例胎儿畸形,有3例未检出,诊断准确率为91.18%,其中孕中期超声检查出的胎儿畸形比例较高于孕早期、孕晚期(P<0.05);孕早期、中期、晚期检查出的胎儿畸形胎儿分别为9例、19例、3例,所占比例分别为29.03%、61.29%、9.68%,不同系统的胎儿畸形,孕早期以胸腔腹壁及中枢神经系统畸形为主,孕中期以颈面部畸形及心血管畸形为主,孕晚期以泌尿系统畸形为主。结论不同孕期的系统超声检查对畸形胎儿具有不同临床意义,孕早期的系统超声检查可检测出严重的畸形胎儿,为孕中、晚期的超声检查提供参考依据。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of systematic ultrasonography in different pregnancy stages.Methods 300 cases of pregnant women who underwent ultrasound examination in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.All pregnant women underwent systematic ultrasound examination in different gestational weeks.According to different gestational periods, they were divided into early pregnancy(10~13+6)weeks, second trimester(14~28+6)weeks, and late pregnancy(29~40+6)weeks.The results of fetal malformations in the first, second and third trimester of pregnancy were compared.Results A total of 34 cases of fetal malformations were detected by ultrasonography, and 3 cases were not detected.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 91.18%.Among them, the proportion of fetal malformations detected by ultrasound in the second trimester was higher than in the first and third trimesters(P<0.05);The fetal malformations detected in the middle and late stages were 9 cases, 19 cases, and 3 cases, respectively, accounting for 29.03%,61.29%,and 9.68%,respectively.Fetal malformations of different systems, including thoracic, abdominal wall and central nervous system in early pregnancy Malformations are the main ones, the cervical and facial malformations and cardiovascular malformations in the second trimester, and the urinary system malformations in the third trimester.Conclusion Systematic ultrasound examination in different gestational periods has different clinical significance for abnormal fetuses.Early systematic ultrasound examination can detect severe abnormal fetuses, and provide reference for ultrasound examination in the middle and late pregnancy.
