摘要
新中国成立70年来,我国发生了翻天覆地的变化,我国的体育事业也取得了举世瞩目的成就,摘掉了"东亚病夫"的帽子。学校体育作为体育事业的根基之一,起着关键的作用。想要实现体育强国必须全面发展体育事业,在竞技体育方面争取保持优异成绩,在社会大众体育方面积极开展体育活动,努力提高体育锻炼整体水平达到健身效果,在学校体育方面着重培养,在体育和教学之间找到平衡点,实现体教结合的优良模式。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对长垣市学校体育现状进行调查分析,深度解析在建设体育强国的过程中,制约着长垣市学校体育发展的重要因素。从学校体育与体育强国之间的联系出发,分析体育强国建设中学校体育的作用与地位。经研究得出以下结论:1.长垣市初中学校体育老师的学历多为本科,随着学校体育的改革,硕士学历的教师也出现在了初中体育的课堂,但农村学校的师资队伍还不乐观;2.部分学校的体育场地、器材、经费的匮乏、内容的单一,使体育课质量下降,从而降低了学生们对体育课的兴趣;3.长垣市学校领导对学校体育的不够重视,对体育课的认知存在偏差,以及对教师福利待遇还需要进一步提高。根据以上结论,提出如下建议:1.在学校体育中建立完善的评估体系,多开展教师课外的培训与学习,重视教师在学校的地位;2.完善学校硬件设施,教师在缺乏器材的情况下也要就地取材,根据学生爱好、地区特色开展特色体育课,提高学生的兴趣;3.教学内容增加趣味性,要让考试项目与趣味项目结合进行,开展学生体育理论的学习,培养终身体育意识;4.学校领导加大学校体育资源经费的投入,保证学生上课内容的丰富性,完善体育课堂。
Since the 70 th anniversary of the founding of new China,earth-shaking changes have taken place in China,and sports have also made remarkable achievements. As one of the foundations of physical education,school physical education plays a key role. To become a sports powerhouse,we must develop sports in an all-round way——strive to maintain excellent results in competitive sports;actively carry out sports activities in social mass sports and strive to improve the overall level of physical exercise;strengthen the training in school physical education,find a balance between physical education and teaching,and realize the combination of physical education and teaching. This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the current situation of school sports in Changyuan City,and deeply analyzes the important factors restricting the development of school sports in Changyuan city in the process of building a sports powerhouse. Starting from the relationship between school physical education and sports power,this paper analyzes the role of school physical education in the construction of sports power. It draws the following conclusions: 1. Most of the PE teachers in junior middle schools in Changyuan city have bachelor’s degrees. With the reform of school PE,there are also teachers with master’s degrees;there is still a big gap in the teaching staff of rural schools. 2. Some schools are short of sports venues,equipment and funds,and the teaching content is single,which reduces students ’ interest in physical education. 3. School leaders do not pay enough attention to school physical education and teachers’ treatment,and there are cognitive deviations. This paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1. Establish a perfect evaluation system in school physical education,strengthen the training of physical education teachers and improve their status in school. 2. Improve the school hardware facilities,draw local materials,carry out characteristic physical education,and improve students’ interest. 3. Increase the interest of teaching content,combine examination items with interesting items,strengthen physical education theory teaching and cultivate lifelong physical education consciousness. 4. School leaders increase investment to improve physical education classroom.
