核心力量训练对高校排球普修课学生身体素质及扣球能力的影响——以重庆文理学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 本研究通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实验法、数理统计法等进行研究,从运动实践出发,运用实验的方法,把核心力量训练方法应用到高校排球普修课的应用中,通过实验发现反映排球学生专项身体素质的6个指标及扣球能力都有显著性提高,说明核心力量训练对高校排球普修课学生专项身体素质及对扣球水平的提高有积极的意义,能够更好地提高学生的排球学习能力。 This study is based on methods of literature,logical analysis,experiment and mathematical statistics.Starting from sports practice and using experiment,the core strength training method is applied to the volleyball general course in colleges and universities. Through the experiment,it is found that the six indexes reflecting the specific physical quality of volleyball players and their spike ability are significantly improved,which indicates the core strength training is of positive significance to the improvement of the students’ special physical quality and spike level in the general volleyball course,and can better improve the students’ volleyball learning ability.
