摘要
采用专家访谈法、实验法进行核心力量训练对大学生篮球运动员投篮进球率的影响分析。结果:1)运用八级腹桥测试后,测验组和对比组中的校队篮球运动员在测验前后差别很大,说明核心力量训练效果非常好。2)核心力量训练对校队篮球队员进行无对抗的单手肩上的投篮没有明显的效果,因此不可以提升校队队员无对抗时单手肩上的投篮的进球率。3)核心力量训练对校队队员在对抗中进行时的单手低手上篮有明显的效果,因此表明了核心力量训练可以提高大学生篮球运动员在不稳定状态下的投篮命中率。通过研究归纳出核心力量训练对提高运动员篮球投篮的进球率有重要意义,因此核心力量训练是促进篮球运动员技术提高的一项有效的方法和技术手段。
Expert interview and the experimental methods are used to analyze the influence of core strength training on the shooting rate of college basketball players. Results: 1) After using the eight-level abdominal bridge test,the basketball players of the school team in the test group and the comparison group are very different before and after the test,indicating that the core strength training effect is very good. 2) Core strength training has no obvious effect on the unarmed one-handed shoulder shot of the school team basketball players,so it is not possible to increase the scoring rate of the one-handed shoulder shot of the school team players when there is no confrontation. 3) Core strength training has a significant effect on the one-handed low-hand layup of the team members during the confrontation,so it shows that core strength training can improve the shooting rate of college basketball players under unstable conditions. Through research,it is concluded that core strength training is of great significance to improve the goal rate of basketball shooting of athletes. Therefore,core strength training is an effective method and technical means to promote the improvement of basketball players’ skills.
