中国高尔夫球协会差点系统发展时空特征分析

The Development Status of China Golf Association Handicap System

为探讨中国高尔夫球协会差点系统的发展现状,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对中国高尔夫协会差点系统发展现状进行梳理。研究认为:(1) 2017-2019年我国差点球场的数量呈上升趋势,北京、广东、山东等经济较发达省市,差点球场数量具备显著优势;(2) 2017年差点系统中差点会员年龄及指数分布特征呈纺锤型,研究认为东部沿海经济发达圈(环渤海经济圈、长江中下游经济圈、珠三角经济圈)差点赛事场次均具备一定优势;(3)此外,我国差点赛事分布沿东西部分界线存在明显的地缘差异。现存问题:地域差异问题仍旧显著、差点系统使用率亟待提高、差点会员目标取向有待明确、差点管理系统急需拓展功能、社会组织参与率低;建议:优化差点系统产业结构、坚持社会力量办体育的核心观点、因地制宜弥合地域差异、落实准入机制、加强市场监管。

In order to explore the development status of handicap system of China Golf Association,this paper combs the development status of the system by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis. The results show that:( 1) from 2017 to 2019,the number of handicapped courts in China is on the rise,and Beijing,Guangdong,Shandong and other eastern developed provinces and regions have significant advantages in the number of handicap courts;( 2) in 2017,the distribution characteristics of handicap members’ age and index are in spindle type,and the research shows that the eastern coastal economic developed circles( Bohai,Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River,and Pearl River Delta Economic Circle) are of great significance;( 3) in addition,there are obvious geographical differences in the distribution of handicapped events along the eastern and western boundaries. Existing problems: the problem of regional differences is still significant,the use rate of handicap system needs to be improved,the goal orientation of handicap members needs to be clarified,the function of handicap management system needs to be expanded,and the participation rate of social organizations is low.Suggestions: optimize the industrial structure of handicap system,adhere to the core view of social forces running sports,adjust measures to local conditions to bridge regional differences,implement access mechanism,and strengthen market supervision.
