摘要 SPOC翻转课堂教学模式在提高学习效率、满足个性化学习需求等方面具有明显的优势,也使交互式学习更有针对性。开展基于国家开放大学学习网平台的《劳动合同法》课程SPOC翻转课堂教学模式实证分析,在实践中不断总结经验教训,针对实践教学中存在的问题,从完善课程教学机制和激励机制、人提升学习交互性等方面改进教学方法、传导评价结果、提高交互性和协作能力,探索符合开放大学系统实际情况的SPOC翻转课堂应用模式。 SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode has obvious advantages in improving learning efficiency and meeting personalized learning needs,and also makes interactive learning more targeted.The study carries out the empirical analysis of SPOC flipped classroom teaching mode of Labor Contract Law course based on the learning network platform of National Open University,constantly sum up the experience in practice.Aiming at the problems existing in practice teaching,it improves the teaching methods,conducts evaluation results and improves interactivity and collaboration capabilities from three aspects of improving the course teaching mechanism,incentive mechanism and the learning interactivity,to explore the application mode of SPOC flipped classroom in line with the actual situation of the open university system.
