摘要
随着应用型人才培养方案的实行,案例教学法相对于传统教学法而言,具有诸多鲜明的优势,在《劳动法学》课程教学中,应用案例教学法具有重要的价值。在《劳动法学》课程教学中应用案例教学法应该具备专业师资、教学实践基地和教学环节设计条件,明确教师地位,积极调动学生学习兴趣,还应在案例教学中推行参与教学,持续地积累教学资源,不断提升教学效果。
With the implementation of the application-oriented talent training program,the case teaching method has many distinct advantages compared with the traditional teaching method.It is of great value to apply the case teaching method in the teaching of Labor Law.In the teaching of Labor Law,the application of case teaching method should have professional teachers,teaching practice base and teaching link design conditions.In addition,teachers’status should be clarified,students’learning interest should be actively mobilized,and teaching participation should be promoted in case teaching,so as to continuously accumulate teaching resources and improve teaching effect.
