摘要 科学技术的变革往往会带来诸多领域的转变,给不同行业的职业及人员带来挑战。人工智能时代的到来,刺激着高职教师专业化的发展,不仅冲击了人才培养理念和教学方法,更影响着教师职业能力和价值的转变。高职教师必须要有意识地、有针对性地调整自己的身份和角色,学习、掌握人工智能技术,拓展专业发展视角,使个人的专业化能力向多元化方向转变,以更好地适应人工智能时代的需求。 The change of science and technology often brings about changes in many fields,which makes different professions and personnel face challenges.The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence stimulates the professional development of higher vocational teachers,which not only impacts the concept of personnel training and teaching methods,but also affects the transformation of teachers’professional ability and value.In this new environment of scientific and technological innovation,higher vocational teachers must consciously and pertinently adjust their identity and role,understand the impact of artificial intelligence,learn and master intelligent technology,expand the perspective of professional development,and change their personal professional ability to a diversified direction,so as to better meet the needs of the era of artificial intelligence.
