民办高校大学生党员先进性教育方式的探索——以广州工商学院为例

Exploration of the Advanced Education Method of Student Party Members in Private Colleges and Universities--Taking Guangzhou College of Technology and Business as an Example

新时代大学生党员先进性教育面临各种新问题、新挑战,制约着大学生党员素养的提升。大学生党员培养存在政治素养不高、励学进取放松、创新素养薄弱和服务素养偏低等多方面问题,需要采取构建系统培养考核体系、用好时间阵地教育平台、用活互联网学习共同体、建立劳动教育体验机制等有针对性的教育方式提升大学生党员的先进性。

In the new era,the advanced nature education of college student party members is facing various new problems and challenges,which restricts the improvement of the quality of college student party members.College student party members are not well trained in political literacy,relaxing in enterprising motivation,weak in innovation literacy,and low in service literacy.It is necessary to build a systematic training and assessment system,use time and position education platform,and make use of the Internet.Targeted education methods such as learning communities and establishing labor education experience mechanisms enhance the advanced nature education of college student party members.
