摘要 随着我国新一轮新高考改革的推进、高中育人方式的变革,生涯教育成为一个时代新命题。在这样的政策背景下,在高中阶段我国高中生不仅面临过去的选专业、选大学的难题,而且面临着选课、选考、选职业、选人生等更深层的思考。生涯教育面对的是处于不同发展阶段的个体,是一种贯穿个体成长的教育。在我国,生涯教育不仅要满足学生个性发展的需要,顺应终身学习时代的要求,还要符合我国社会发展的人才诉求。经过几年探索,当前我国高中生涯教育仍存在课程狭窄化、形式化和功利化等现象,需要从明确生涯教育的内涵、地位,保障生涯教育的师资和课程资源,破除传统“唯分数论”,领悟生涯教育的意义等方面着力改进。 With the promotion of a new round of college entrance examination reform and the reform of high school education,career education has become a new proposition of the times.Under such a policy background,in the high school stage,China's high school students are not only facing the old problems of choosing majors and universities,but also facing deeper thinking such as choosing courses,exams,careers and life.Career education is a kind of education that runs through individual growth.In China,career education should not only meet the needs of students'personality development and comply with the requirements of the era of lifelong learning,but also meet the talent demands of China's social development.After several years of exploration,there are still some phenomena in China's senior high school career education,such as the curriculum’s narrowness,formalization and utilitarianism.We need to make efforts to improve from the aspects of clarifying the connotation and status of career education,ensuring curriculum teachers and curriculum resources of career education,breaking the traditional"score only"point of view and understanding the significance of career education.
