中共广东南路特委成立时间的辨析:兼述其时广东南路农民运动

Analysis of establishing date of Special Committee of CPC and peasant revolt in South Guangdong

中国共产党素以纪律性、组织性而著称,纪律与组织在中国共产党发展上扮演着重要角色。中国共产党的建设主要包括思想建设与组织建设。面对1925年中共广东南路特委组织多个文献、著作说法不一,或认可之,或否定之,出现两种截然不同的观点。如此情况对理解北部湾党史、广东党史、大革命史等无疑是没有帮助的。广东湛江地区二十世纪八十年代一份发现的文献资料显示,中共广东南路特委成立时间大约在1928年底,是当时比较早期的中共地市级组织,负责人是黄学增,此也与时人的回忆相吻合。中共广东南路特委成立后,在发动南路农民运动、发展中共基层组织等方面,都做出较大的贡献。

The Communist Party of China(CPC)is well known for its strict discipline and organization,which plays important roles in the history of CPC.The construction of CPC mainly includes ideology construction and organization construction.Many documents in 1925 hold totally different opinions concerning the establishing date of Special Committee of CPC in South Guangdong.This situation undoubtedly does not help to understand the CPC history at Beibu Gulf,the CPC history at Guangdong,and that of Great Revolution as well.According to a document found in Zhanjiang,Guangdong in the 1980s,the Special Committee of CPC in South Guangdong was established at the end of 1928.This is an early CPC prefecture and municipal organization at that time,and the person in charge of the committee is Huang Xuezeng.It is consistent with the memories of other people at that time.After its establishment,the Special Committee of CPC in South Guangdong has made great contribution in launching the peasant revolt and developing the grass-root organizations of the Communist Party of China.
