摘要
随着现代化技术以及信息化手段的飞速发展,社会已经全面进入到了科技时代当中,这也为重型载重汽车的发展奠定了坚实基础,而重型载重汽车在高速制动或是连续制动的状态中,其内部制动器的温度会逐步提升,并且在制动器内部的具体摩擦系数也会逐步减小,大幅度降低相应的摩擦力矩,不仅会引发制动效能热衰退的问题出现,甚至还会使得制动系统直接失效,引发出各类安全事故出现。因此,文章首先对热衰退的主要机理加以明确;其次,对降低制动器热衰退的具体措施展开深入分析;在此基础上,提出热衰退导致重型载重汽车制动失效的鉴定措施。
With the rapid development of modern technology and information technology,the society has fully entered the era of science and technology,which has also laid a solid foundation for the development of heavy-duty trucks,and heavy-duty trucks are braked at high speed or continuous braking.In this state,the temperature of its internal brake will gradually increase,and the specific friction coefficient inside the brake will gradually decrease,which greatly reduces the corresponding friction torque,and will not only cause the problem of thermal degradation of braking efficiency,but also cause the direct failure of the braking system leading to various safety accidents.Therefore,the article first clarifies the main mechanism of thermal decay;secondly,the article conducts an in-depth analysis of specific measures to reduce thermal decay of brakes.On this basis,the article proposes the identification measures of thermal decay leading to brake failure of heavy-duty trucks.
