Research Progress and Future Prospect of Maas

MaaS(Mobility as a Sevice)作为一种新兴的概念,各项研究正在快速发展。本文通过文献综述研究的方法,首先综述了MaaS的定义及发展史,其次,针对MaaS系统中涉及的生态系统建设、用户研究、运营模式等主要内容的研究方法和成果进行详细介绍,最后,结合研究内容提出了MaaS系统面临的挑战与未来研究展望,为行业内MaaS系统的建设与发展提供借鉴与思路。

As a new concept,the research on Maas(Mobility as a Sevice)is developing rapidly.In this paper,the definition and development history of Maas were reviewed,the research methods and achievements of Maas were classified,such as ecosystem construction,user research and operation model.Finally,the challenges and future research prospects of Maas were put forward,to provide reference and ideas for the construction and development of Maas.
