浅谈技工院校机电类专业学生工匠精神培育路径

A Brief Discussion on the Cultivation Path of the Craftsman Spirit of the Students Majoring in Mechatronics in Technical Engineering Colleges

开展工匠精神培育是新时代职业教育人才培养的重要一环。机电专业是实践性非常强的专业,培养学生具有工匠精神尤为重要。文章首先在分析影响技工院校机电类专业学生工匠精神培养因素的基础上,以笔者所带班级为例,介绍了技工院校机电类学生工匠精神培育的路径与对策。

Carrying out the cultivation of craftsman spirit is an important part of the training of vocational education talents in the new era.Electromechanical major is a very practical major,and it is especially important to cultivate students’craftsmanship spirit.The article firstly analyzes the factors that influence the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering in technical colleges,and takes the class taught by the author as an example,and introduces the path and countermeasures of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship of mechanical and electrical students in technical colleges.
