中职汽车维修专业校企合作的改革研究

在中职开展专业教学过程中,提高学生的理论储备和实践技能是学校培养学生的主要目标,也是为社会提供高素质技术人才的重要途径。因此,对中职汽车维修专业校企合作进行改革十分必要,改革可以有效发挥校企合作的优势,使得中职院校和企业双方能实现长远发展。鉴于此,本文对中职汽车维修专业校企合作中存在的问题进行分析,同时针对一系列问题提出改进对策。

In the process of professional teaching in secondary vocational schools,improving the theoretical reserve and practical skills of students is the main goal of the school to train students,and it is also an important way to provide the society with high-quality technical talents.Therefore,it is very necessary to reform the school-enterprise cooperation of the secondary vocational vehicle maintenance major.The reform can effectively give play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation,so that the secondary vocational colleges and enterprises can achieve long-term development.In view of this,this article analyzes the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of secondary vocational auto maintenance majors,and proposes improvement countermeasures for a series of problems.
