职业院校理实一体化教学模式的构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Teaching Mode of the Integration of Theory and Practice in Vocational Colleges

职业院校始终面向区域经济市场需求,不断深入开展教育教学改革。通过构建理实一体化教学模式,分别从指导思想和基本原则两方面进行论述,突出理实一体化教学模式应遵循以学生自主能力为导向的学习、行动导向的学习、整体化的学习、自我管理式的学习等原则。

Vocational colleges have always been facing the needs of the regional economic market and continuously carried out in-depth education and teaching reform.By constructing the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice,this paper discusses it from two aspects of guiding ideology and basic principles,and highlights that the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice should follow the principles of students’independent ability oriented learning,action oriented learning,integrated learning,self-management learning and so on.
