摘要
铝合金材料自身的物理化学属性导致其焊接性能较差,传统电阻焊以及弧焊设备已经无法满足铝合金的连接及应用需求,而新型的激光深熔焊技术具有热量密度集中、受热对母材损伤较小、焊缝熔深与焊缝宽度的比值大、热影响区小等优点,在新能源轻量化铝车身产业中得到了广泛应用。
The physical and chemical properties of aluminum alloy materials lead to poor welding performance.Traditional resistance welding and arc welding equipment can no longer meet the connection and application requirements of aluminum alloys.The new laser deep penetration welding technology has a concentrated heat density and heat resistance.The advantages of less damage to the base material,large ratio of weld penetration to weld width,and small heat-affected zone have been widely used in the new energy lightweight aluminum body industry.
