一种基于红外温度传感器的汽车缺缸报警系统

摘要 汽车发动机是整车中故障率较高的部分,而发动机常见故障中又以发动机缺缸现象诊断最为难判断。难主要在于发动机有多个气缸,导致出现缺缸现象时,无法具体判断哪个气缸失火缺缸。这导致目前发动机缺缸诊断流程太过繁琐,故障维修排除耗时过长,客户维修成本高。但查找相关资料发现国内外现并没有一个精确有效的缺缸诊断方法。 Automobile engine is the part with higher failure rate in the whole vehicle,and among the common engine failures,it is difficult to diagnose the phenomenon of engine lack of cylinders.The main difficulty lies in the fact that the engine has multiple cylinders,and when a cylinder shortage occurs,it is impossible to specifically determine which cylinder is misfired and lacks cylinders.This results in the current diagnosis process of engine cylinder shortage being too cumbersome,fault repair and troubleshooting takes too long,and customer repair costs are high.However,searching for relevant information found that there is no accurate and effective method for diagnosing cylinder shortage at home and abroad.
