基于“双创”能力培养的中职新能源汽车技术专业教学改革与创新研究

Secondary Vocational New Energy Vehicle Technology Specialty Based on“Double Creation”Ability Training Teaching Reform and Innovation Research

本文以中职院校在教学改革期间遇到的专业教育与创新创业教育发展、课程体系与人才培养目标存在差距、缺乏良好的师资队伍等问题,以此为基础,提出了将双创教育理念有机地融入到了专业教育中的策略,并且对相应的课程体系、双创教学项目进行了完善、科学的设计,并创建了一支具有创新创业精神的高水平师资队伍。

Based on the problems encountered in the development of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,the gap between the curriculum system and the talent training goal,and the lack of good teachers in secondary vocational colleges during the teaching reform,educational concepts are organically integrated into the strategies of professional education,and the corresponding curriculum system and double innovation teaching projects have been perfected and scientifically designed,and a high-level faculty with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit has been created.
