基于工匠精神的《接发列车工作》课程思政改革与实践

The Ideological and Political Reform and Practice of the Course“Work of Receiving and Departing Trains”Based on the Spirit of Craftsman

《接发列车工作》是铁道交通运营管理专业的核心课程之一,对学生日后从事车站(助理)值班员、信号员等岗位的能力培养起着重要作用。本文结合该课程的教学基础,对如何将铁路工匠精神培育融入课堂教学,贯穿教学、考核全过程,最后形成以培养铁路工匠为导向的《接发列车工作》课程思政改革进行阐述,最后根据在改革实践中总结出的经验进行反思,切实做到在传授生产技能技巧的基础上,弘扬中国精神,传承工匠精神,为企业人力资源提供重要支撑。

“Receiving and Dispatching Trains”is one of the core courses of the railway traffic operation management major,which plays an important role in training the students'ability to be engaged in station(assistant)watchman,signalman and other positions in the future.This article combines the teaching foundation of the course to explain how to integrate the railway craftsman spirit into classroom teaching,through the whole process of teaching and assessment,and finally form the ideological and political reform of the"train receiving and dispatching work"course oriented to train railway craftsmen.Based on reflection on the experience summarized in the reform practice,the article earnestly carries forward the Chinese spirit and inherits the spirit of craftsmanship on the basis of imparting production skills,and provides important support for corporate human resources.
