摘要
本文将管理学的四大职能应用到高职院校素质教育中去,从职能的视角来推动高职院校素质教育的实施。管理学的计划、组织、领导和控制等四个职能为切面,对素质教育存在于各个切面所发生的管理活动进行剖析并得出结论。希望能在教育管理方面提供理论支持和经验,运用科学的管理方法剖析高职院校素质教育的现状,提供科学的管理理论以提高高职院校素质教育工作的开展和完善。
This article applies the four functions of management to quality education in higher vocational colleges,and promotes the implementation of quality education in higher vocational colleges from a functional perspective.The four functions of management are planning,organization,leadership,and control.The article analyzes the management activities that occur in each aspect of quality education and draws conclusions.The article hopes to provide theoretical support and experience in education management,uses scientific management methods to analyze the status quo of quality education in higher vocational colleges,and provides scientific management theories to improve the development and improvement of quality education in higher vocational colleges.
