我国动力电池安全标准发展历程及展望

The Development Course and Prospect of China's Power Battery Safety Standards

动力电池的安全性是新能源汽车产业持续健康发展的基础。我国动力电池安全标准体系历经十余年发展,测试项目更加丰富,更加贴合实际工况。伴随技术进步和实践经验不断丰富,动力电池的系统安全成为产业共识,我国也于2020年最新发布并实施了首个涵盖动力电池单体、模块及系统安全要求和试验方法的强制性国家标准——GB 38031-2020《电动汽车用动力蓄电池安全要求》。展望未来,全生命周期安全性要求和测试结果判定依据的量化有望成为动力电池安全标准下一步的发展方向。

The safety of power batteries is the foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of the new energy automobile industry.China's power battery safety standard system has undergone more than ten years of development,and the test items have become more abundant and more suitable for actual working conditions.With technological progress and continuous enrichment of practical experience,the system safety of power batteries has become an industry consensus.In 2020,China also released and implemented the first mandatory national standard covering the safety requirements and test methods of power battery cells,modules and systems——GB 38031-2020“Safety Requirements for Power Batteries for Electric Vehicles”.In the future,the quantification of safety requirements and test results judgment basis for the whole life cycle is expected to become the next development direction of power battery safety standards.
