摘要
如今,各国及地区纷纷提出节能减排,而汽车行业响应依托应当是轻量化加工。本文简要概述汽车轻量化,并分析有关车辆底盘方面的运转现状,进一步讨论构件成型工艺的运用,先针对现有生产工艺加以对比分析,阐述挤压锻造工艺,探讨生产实例,以验证此项成型工艺的可行性。以供汽车领域有关人士参考。
Nowadays,countries and regions have proposed energy saving and emission reduction,and the automobile industry should rely on lightweight processing.This article briefly summarizes the lightweight of automobiles,analyzes the status of the vehicle chassis,and further discusses the application of the component forming process.First,the article compares and analyzes the existing production processes,expounds the extrusion forging process,and discusses production examples to verify the feasibility of the forming process to provide reference for people in the automotive field.
