本文根据个人在实际项目中对同步工程管理的经验与痛点,总结了公司同步工程标准化管理过程。结合各类软件的应用与再发防止的开展,确保团队同步工程能力稳步提升,达到最大限度缩短周期、提升质量、降低成本的目的。
This article summarizes the company's standardized management process of synchronous engineering based on personal experience and pain points of synchronous engineering management in actual projects.Combining the application of various software and the development of re-issuance prevention ensures that the team's synchronization engineering ability is steadily improved,and achieves the purpose of shortening the cycle,improving the quality and reducing the cost to the greatest extent.
