中国汽车产业规模近20年以来随着市场的不断扩张也呈现爆发式增长,并且在2017年达到顶峰,随之而来造车新势力如雨后春笋般不断成立,然而在2017年之后汽车市场连续三年呈现负增长,各大车企市场份额竞争压力、利润压力陡增。因此根据“乘数效应”,通过成本优化能够快速实现利润保障,优化供应链成本也成为各大车企共同的选择,而供应链基础是包装器具,本文将着重介绍包装器具规划设计的核心理念、思路方法等,为汽车产业供应链成本优化提供参考。
The scale of China's automobile industry has shown explosive growth in the past 20 years with the continuous expansion of the market,and has reached its peak in 2017.Following this,new forces in car-making have sprung up,but after 2017,the automobile market has shown negative growth for three consecutive years,and the pressure of market share competition and profit pressure of major auto companies have risen sharply.Therefore,according to the“multiplier effect”,cost optimization can quickly realize profit protection,and optimizing supply chain costs has become a common choice for all major car companies.The supply chain is based on packaging equipment.This article will focus on the core concept of packaging equipment planning and design ideas and methods,etc.,to provide a reference for the cost optimization of the automotive industry supply chain.
