为了实现GPF的再生循环使用,GPF上设计有压差系统,其中压差传感器作为GPF的信号监控器,其工作状况直接影响到GPF的使用功能。本文通过对GPF压差传感器后运行Offset检查值不合理导致发动机故障灯点亮问题进行分析探讨,明确其失效原因,并制定有效对策,以降低售后的问题发生。

To realize the regeneration and recycling of GPF,a differential pressure system is designed on GPF,in which the differential pressure sensor is used as the signal monitor of GPF,and its working condition directly affects the function of GPF.This paper analyzes and discusses the problem of engine fault light lighting caused by unreasonable offset check value after GPF differential pressure sensor running.The article makes clear the failure reason,and formulates effective countermeasures,so as to reduce the after-sales problems.
