摘要
本文采用了离子色谱法同时测定地下水中氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐、硫酸盐等4种阴离子,对云城区某监测点的地下水样品进行了监测分析,并对方法检出限、准确度、精密度、样品加标回收率进行评价。实验表明,4种阴离子在各自的标准曲线浓度范围内均呈现较好的线性关系(R2﹥0.999),检出限为0.006~0.018 mg/L,实际地下水样品中的加标回收率范围为104.0%~118.0%,本方法的准确度、精密度均能满足测试分析要求,操作简便,适用于大批量样品多项目的测定。
In this study,a method for the simultaneous determination of F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-in groundwater was established by ion chromatography.The groundwater samples from a monitoring point in Yuncheng district were monitored and analyzed.The detection limit,accuracy,precision and recovery rate of the method were evaluated.Experiments show that the four anions show good linear relationship in their respective concentration range (R2>0.999),the detection limit was 0.006~0.018 mg/L,in the actual groundwater sample,the spiked recovery range was 104.0%~118.0%,the accuracy and precision of the method can meet the requirements of testing and analysis,and the operation is simple and suitable for the determination of a large number of samples.
