Liangqing River basin is an inland river system that runs through the core area of Wuxiang New District in Nanning city.Through the investigation and analysis of liangqing River basin system, the existing problems in the basin are sorted out. Adopting the thought of problem orientation and ecological civilization construction, the technical route of comprehensive watershed control has been formulated, the technical framework of comprehensive river basin governance was constructed, and the measures of comprehensive river basin governance were analyzed.
